The free signed copy offer

• The offer is a thank-you to people who have bought How To Peel A Banana. You must have bought the book to claim.
• There are 200 free signed copies in total. Copies are given to the first 200 claims that we approve, not the first 200 submitted. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a copy.
• You claim by uploading your order confirmation and giving the recipient's name and postal address. The details must be true, and the confirmation must be your own and genuine. We may decline any claim we can't verify or that looks false or duplicated.
• There is one free copy per email address and one per delivery address.
• We will email you to say your claim was received and again when it is approved or declined. A claim that is still waiting when the last copy is approved will be closed and you will be told.
• The book is a gift sent to the person you name. There is no cash or other alternative, and the offer can't be transferred or resold.
• We may change or end the offer at any time, for example if we run out of copies, and our decision on any claim is final.
• Delivery times are estimates. We can't accept responsibility for a copy that is delayed or lost in the post once it has been handed to the carrier, and we may not be able to send to every country.

Using this website

• Please don't misuse the site: no automated or repeated submissions, no uploading anything unlawful or harmful, and no attempts to get past the limits or gain access you are not meant to have.
• The text, images and design are ours or used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without asking.
• We try to keep the site accurate and available but provide it "as is", and may change or remove it at any time.

Our responsibility

Nothing here limits any right you have by law, or our responsibility for anything we can't legally exclude. Beyond that, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or the offer. The offer is free, and our liability for it is limited accordingly.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
